General Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect products before shipment. Customers are advised to check product details before placing orders.

No Change Can Be Tolerated

Products once ordered cannot be changed after order confirmation. Customers are requested to carefully select products, quantities, and details before placing orders.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests may only be considered under the following situations:

• • Product significantly different from order

• • Products without original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not offered. Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases where exchange cannot be provided.

Customers should contact support within 24–48 hours after receiving the parcel for exchange related issues.
